Trevo distributors: Do you want to know what it takes to become a top 3% earner?

If you seek to become a top earner, you need a promotion strategy to implement because you’ll run out of friends and family to approach.

You’ve got to learn to acquire customers and business partners the way nearly all legitimate businesses do: through marketing!

I’ve been groomed by 6 and 7-figure income earners who taught me the following strategies we quietly use to build large businesses:

Trevo Secret: Solve Your Attrition Problem

More than 80 percent of the people in your Trevo organization will quit the business within the first year. Trevo business builders are taught two tactics to boost retention, but each strategy creates other problems.

1) The first strategy is to assist your new Trevo reps to get into profit quickly, so they have reason to stay in the game. By attempting to get every new Trevo distributor making money right away, you end up devoting a HUGE amount of time on the people least capable of sponsoring new Trevo reps themselves. About 20% of your Trevo downline is going to generate 80% of the growth and income in your business, and you end up focusing on the weakest 80%! By focusing on the wrong people, you foster dependency.

2) The second approach is to get your Trevo downline members to feel part of the team, something bigger than themselves, so they want to stay part of the group. Live team events, Trevo team conference calls, and one-on-one coaching can foster a sense of team. This strategy can foster dependency. You’ll end up with many underperforming team members who stick around for the team connection but sponsor few or no people into Trevo.

You’re a business owner, not a group therapist. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make retention less important to your business, promote affiliate products that can easily add a dozen or more new streams of income. By diversifying your revenue sources, you are not as reliant on Trevo for income. When you depend less on your downline for income, attrition matters less. Another solution to your attrition problem is to promote a high ticket direct sales opportunity (sometimes called a top tier) that pays commissions of $1000 or more per sale. In contrast, most network marketing comp plans such as Trevo pay a $50-$100 sign-up bonus for each new rep you sponsor, forcing you to build a large team and build a large residual check to make a full-time income. If you earn a commission of $800 or more each time you sponsor a new rep, it’s like you’re earning 3-4 years of residual income checks up front, so it doesn’t matter if this new person quits, because you get paid so much up front. This approach makes attrition almost irrelevant to your business!

Trevo Secret: Let The Best Salespeople Do The Presenting

Using a high caliber presentation is the simplest way to close sales. Get your prospects in front of the absolute best presentation possible. This tactic pertains to all the things you are promoting, including affiliate products as well as your Trevo opportunity.

Almost certainly there are a few people in Trevo who pitch it really well.. These people are usually the ones who have generated large incomes and have a lot of credibility. Allow the best presenters to deliver the pitches for you. His/her conversion rates (from presentation attendee to sign-up) are likely to be two to three times higher than those of a novice presenter.

Definitely do not try to explain things yourself. Instead, rely on sales tools, such as videos, to handle the presenting for you. It’s an efficient way to conserve your most valuable asset: your time! It can take a long time to become a good presenter. A lot of factors come into play: your success level, your credibility and skill, for instance. When you’re ready, create your own presentations. Prior to that stage, rely on sales tools created by top presenters.

Trevo Secret: Build A Subscriber List Of Prospects

Attract leads on the Internet. Don’t simply list and approach friends and family and people you already know. The leads you generate will be more profitable than leads you buy.

In addition, when you learn to generate leads, you will NEVER find you have no people to talk to about your Trevo business. Here’s how to generate leads: In exchange for the prospect’s contact information such as name and email, give away a free training bonus.

Write or record a training that helps network marketers solve a key business problem. The focus could be how to generate leads, recruit more distributors, increase retention, etc.

Deliver your free bonus training as a video, audio recording, PDF report or some other online format. Your blog or other website should offer this training in exchange for the prospect’s name and email.

Every time someone downloads the free bonus training, you get a lead for you Trevo business. Strengthen and deepen your relationship with your leads by calling them, and emailing them more training tips. Some will ask to join your Trevo business.
