NOTE: In this blog post, I refer to Lia Sophia as LiaSophia.

LiaSophia network marketing reps: Stop pestering friends and family about your opportunity. Learn how 7-figure earners build huge businesses using tactics rarely taught at live events and on LiaSophia webinars.

If you wish to become a top earner, you must go well beyond your circle of friends and family.

You have to learn how to market- like a REAL business!

I’ve been groomed by 6 and 7-figure income earners who taught me the following strategies we quietly use to build large businesses:

LiaSophia Secret: Massive Action Makes The Difference

The #1 strategy of top producers in opportunities like LiaSophia is to take massive action. Take massive action to build your business. Massive action means doing what your business requires every day, despite challenges and distractions. It means never quitting.

Massive action means emailing your list every day, when most people email their list whenever they feel like it. Massive action means flying to every industry event, no matter the cost, while most people whine about not being able to afford it.

Focus energetically on the LiaSophia business tasks that make money, such as signing up new reps. Cut out unimportant wastes of time such as watching television and shopping for things you can order online. Be consistent. That means work your business 5-6 days per week. Persist long pat when other quit.

Lose your excuses. Get comfortable getting out of your comfort zone. Never let your preferences stop you from putting time into your LiaSophia business. Block out your time so you accomplish your critical business tasks each day.

To succeed in business, you will have to change and adopt new habitual thoughts and new habits of action. Take massive action to explode your LiaSophia business.

LiaSophia Secret: Make Attrition A Non-Issue

Attrition is one of the biggest problems LiaSophia marketers face. People in companies such as LiaSophia are usually taught two methods to solve their attrition issue. But each strategy has problems.

1) The first strategy is to assist your new LiaSophia reps to get into profit quickly, so they have reason to stay in the game. By attempting to get every new LiaSophia distributor making money right away, you end up devoting a HUGE amount of time on the people least capable of sponsoring new LiaSophia reps themselves. About 20% of your LiaSophia downline is going to generate 80% of the growth and income in your business, and you end up focusing on the weakest 80%! By focusing on the wrong people, you foster dependency.

2) The second approach is to get your LiaSophia downline members to feel part of the team, something bigger than themselves, so they want to stay part of the group. Live team events, LiaSophia team conference calls, and one-on-one coaching can foster a sense of team. This approach takes up time and can also make your people dependent on you. Many of your weaker-performing team members will stick around because they like being part of the team…But these people will NOT sponsor others by themselves routinely into LiaSophia and will require LOTS of team support in order to stay in the game.

You’re a business owner, not a group therapist. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make attrition less of a problem, promote affiliate products to your prospects, which can easily add more than 10 affiliate income streams to your business. By diversifying your revenue sources, you are not as reliant on LiaSophia for income. Attrition becomes a smaller problem when you rely less on your LiaSophia downline for residual income. Another solution to your attrition problem is to promote a high ticket direct sales opportunity (sometimes called a top tier) that pays commissions of $1000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like LiaSophia pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. When you earn $800+ per sign up, you effectively earn 2-3 years worth of residuals up front, regardless whether your new signup endures for 6 days or 6 years. This approach makes attrition almost irrelevant to your business!

LiaSophia Secret: Educate Others

Building a LiaSophia venture offline and building a LiaSophia business on the Internet require different approaches. Usually networkers approach people who know them, such as family members and friends. Most of these people will listen to you because you have a pre-existing relationship.

But online, people don’t know you! Online, when you lead with your business venture, most people will just ignore you. They’ve heard it all before.

You’ve got to establish credibility and make it clear:

– You’re a real person, not a scam artist

– You can assist others to succeed in their businesses

– You have aptitudes and abilities you can teach

Prospects on the internet follow a very particular path leading up to joining LiaSophia or a similar business.

– The prospect reads an article, reads an email or watches a video teaching a tactics or skill useful to growing a business

– The person starts following the content producer, reading more blog posts, watching more of their videos, etc.

– The prospect regards the content producer as an authority

– The prospect decides they want to join the content publisher’s organization

Plastering Facebook and other places on the internet with silly hype about how terrific your network marketing company is will NOT work. Publishing content that teaches network marketers how to grow a successful business is the only proven way to build on the Internet.

NEVER lead with your LiaSophia business on the internet. Start publishing instructional content beneficial to network marketers. Position yourself as an advisor or trainer.
