FHTM: How To Be A FHTM Top Producer

MLM Companies

FHTM, based in the U.S., is a multilevel marketing company in the diversified products and services segment.

If you seek to become a top earner in FHTM, it’s vital you get way beyond merely talking to colleagues, associates, family and friends about your FHTM business..

It’s imperative you master the basics of marketing- like any real business.

Here are 3 ways top earners in companies such as FHTM dominate today:

FHTM Strategy #1: Develop Your Mentality

Most network marketers believe creating a substantial FHTM business using the internet is a function of tactics, like how to bring larger numbers of qualified people to their website, how to attract more leads, how to close more sales, etc.

It’s true, techniques and strategies make a difference. But they’re only a small piece of developing a massive FHTM business!

The other 90% of creating a giant FHTM business depends on your mindset.

What you focus your mind on every day is a larger factor in your success than techniques.

You must develop the mindset of a top producer so you can create external results in your FHTM business.

Most home business owners in companies such as FHTM “push” to try to take more action. But you can’t force yourself to do something consistently. Eventually, you must experience no resistance to doing your business activities if you’re going to perform them every day in your FHTM business.

You have to get your mindset into a frame where completing the tasks imperative to results in your FHTM venture – your promotion and follow-up activities – become a habit.

Whenever anything becomes a habit, you get it done on auto-pilot, without thinking about it too much. There isn’t any internal resistance.

Cultivate your mindset and habits so that carrying out the revenue-generating tasks in your FHTM business (promotion and following up) are habitual.

Cultivate these habits through will and repetition. You must keep doing the activities despite a discomfort period of a couple of weeks in which making your calls, placing advertisiements, etc, will feel like you are “pushing” yourself, because these activities are foreign.

Then it just becomes a habit. You only need about 20-30 days to lock in a new habit.

Develop your “inner game” so that executing your revenue-generating activities in your FHTM business are habitual. After that do them repeatedly, ideally 5-6 days a week.

If you conduct your FHTM revenue-generating activities five to six days a week for a long enough duration, you can absolutely attain your FHTM income goal.

FHTM Strategy #2: Focus On Marketing More Than Duplication

Traditionally, network marketers in companies like FHTM are taught to keep their business-building activities extremely simple and “duplicatable” by others in their downline..

How effective is this strategy to keep everything simple so other can duplicate it? For a small minority of marketers, this approach works well.

But for the extreme majority of multilevel marketers in opportunities like FHTM, keeping everything allegedly “duplicatable” does NOT lead to high levels of duplication. This is ironic but true.

Check out these facts:

• Only about 20% of network marketers in FHTM ever sponsor anyone at all.
• Of those that do sponsor people, most will only sponsor 2-3 people total.
• The remaining 80% of your FHTM downline won’t ever do a darn thing.

In other words, the “keep it simple” approach so popular in network marketing has an 80% failure rate!

The strategy to “keep it simple” sounds great but in practice does NOT invoke high levels of duplication. In fact, this strategy creates problems very few people ever recognize.

The most popular tactic to keep things simple is “warm market recruiting”, making a list of friends and family and then prospecting them to try to get them to join FHTM. People promote this strategy not because it’s the most effective tactic, but because it’s the simplest.

Warm market recruiting can lead people to quit FHTM. Once people run out of others to talk to within the first 30-90 days, they will often quit FHTM because they have NO CLUE how to perform the one activity they must rely on to build a business: advertising and marketing to generate consistent lead flow.

The second problem this “friends and family” approach creates is it repels high caliber prospects. The absolute best prospects for a FHTM business, people with credibility and influence and transferable skills such as real estate brokers, professional sales people, and business professionals, are NOT likely to want to hit up their friends and family about a business. Many professionals want to protect their reputation and do NOT want to introduce their friends and colleagues to an opportunity that they just got started with such as FHTM.

So should you begin by approaching friends and family about your FHTM business? Sure. But you must learn to market in order to build a real business because you WILL run out of leads. Keep in mind your highest quality prospects are going to want to implement a professionally sales and marketing approach as well.

Learn to market online and you can grow a FHTM business with less duplication, while you attract higher caliber prospects into your business. If only a few high caliber team members learn to market FHTM online, you could build a very large FHTM organization.

FHTM Strategy #3: Incorporate A Variety Of Web Traffic Sources

Don’t depend too heavily on any one source of potential customers, such as pay per click, Squidoo, Forums or Youtube for leads for your FHTM business. Drive traffic to your websites from a range of different sources. That way, if any supply of site visitors dries up, you have a lot of traffic from different sources to sponsor into your FHTM business.

Become just like an investor with a portfolio of various stocks, not simply one stock. Different traffic sources will convert significantly better than other sources into new FHTM distributors. Learn to sponsor people into your FHTM opportunity who sign up for your list from numerous web sites. Diversifying your traffic sources can boost conversion rates while reducing your risk.
